Due to the nature of our business, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Services If you have subscribed to a paid membership tier (Basic, Premium, or VIP):You may request a cancellation within 7 days of initial payment for a full refund, provided no privileged or early-access services have been used. After 7 days or after service usage, refunds will not be issued. Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

2. Digital & Tokenized Asset Transactions Due to the blockchain and digital nature of tokenized asset investments:All asset transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible once completed. Users are responsible for reviewing asset terms and conditions before making any investment. Lux Global Assets is not responsible for user errors, third-party wallet mismanagement, or failed transactions due to incorrect details.

3. Service Errors or Technical Issues If a service failure or platform error has prevented you from accessing your subscription or making a transaction: Please contact us within 72 hours of the incident. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a credit, extension, or refund based on our findings.

4. Discretionary Refunds Refunds outside of the policy above may be granted at the sole discretion of Lux Global Assets’ management team under exceptional circumstances.
